Its a date with my sister, brother and niece today. We were supposed to go to Divisoria (largest flea market in Manila) to get some toys for the kids and Christmas favors but ended up in Marikina, Shoe Capital of the Philippines, for obvious reason – traffic. Ugh.
My brother told me that Converse was having a sale on all items (even though the banner only say ‘selected items’) so of course we had to check it out.
I wasn’t planning on buying anything since I just bought three pairs of Chucks before I left the United States. But……I still bought a pair though, haha! I couldn’t resist the cheap price and to not make me feel like a hoarder and still practice minimalism, I gave away two pairs of my Chucks. Everybody’s happy!
Next stop is Marikina Market to get some ingredients for Filipino street foods that my brother will make for tonight’s dinner.
