Slow-Cooked Creamy Cream Cheese Corn

 

This creamy cream cheese corn is a sure hit for corn-lovers like me. So easy to prepare, I made this side dish last Thanksgiving Day.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups frozen corn
  • 1 8oz cream cheese
  • 1 stick butter = 1/2 cup = 8tbsp
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Put cream cheese and butter in slow cooker. Add frozen corn, salt and pepper. Cover and slow-cook for two hours on LOW.
