Ingredients:
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup non-fat plain greek yogurt
- 2 cups fresh or frozen blackberries (for this recipe, I added blueberries and 5 medium-sized strawberries)
Optional:
Honey, additional berries and yogurt
Directions:
In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process for about 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Top with additional blackberries and yogurt if desired.
Yield: 4 servings.
