Miss Universe fever is on.
I wasn’t planning on watching the Miss Universe Beauty Pageant tonight. I wasn’t even aware about it until a few friends from the Philippines asked me if I can help them find a website that has live streaming. To make the long story short, I got hooked and soon found myself cheering for Miss Philippines, of course (glad I’m a dual citizen)! Oh well, I guess it’s true that when it comes to beauty pageants and boxing, everything stops for Pinoys.

Philippines’ pride Shamcey Supsup finished fourth place (3rd runner-up), competing against 88 other beauties from around the globe. Congratulations, Shamcey. You made the Filipinos proud once more!
